What pressure does a HEAOCEAN chamber operate at?
Standard soft-shell models run at 1.3 ATA. 1.5 ATA is available as a custom build — tell us your target pressure and we will confirm feasibility before quoting. The HS-500 hard-shell cabin is adjustable from 10 to 30 kPa, up to about 1.3 ATA.
What is the minimum order for a private label chamber?
Standard customization — logo and graphic design, colour-box packaging and exterior colour — starts at 20 sets. Logo and packaging are $100 per set each; a colour change carries no extra fee. Single-set customization is possible at a higher cost, because setup costs are carried by one unit instead of many.
Can I order one set before committing to volume?
Yes. One set can be ordered and treated as your sample — it proves the build, the pressure curve and the packaging before you commit. A single customized set takes 31 days; a stock unit for a 220 V / 50 Hz market ships within 3 days. At this product value we do not ship free sample units; once you place an OEM order, the sampling fee is waived.
How long does production and shipping take?
Units built for 220 V / 50 Hz — the same supply as China — ship from stock within 3 days. If your market runs a different voltage or frequency, the oxygen concentrator and refrigerated air dryer are built to match, which takes 15–31 days. Customized orders carrying your logo or packaging start at 30 days and are scheduled by quantity: 31 days for 1 set, 35 days for 2–20 sets, 45 days for 21–100 sets. We supply HS codes and complete shipping documentation, and support both FOB and DDP terms.
Which certifications do you hold?
The factory operates under an ISO 13485:2016 quality management system, alongside ISO 9001, CE (declaration of conformity covering LVD, EMC and RoHS) and PSE for Japan-bound builds. The ISO 13485 certificate applies to the management system, not to the product as a medical device.
What is the difference between soft-shell and hard-shell chambers?
Soft-shell chambers are portable TPU enclosures that run at 1.3 ATA and fold away between sessions. The HS-500 hard-shell cabin is a rigid carbon-steel structure with two seats, adjustable from 10 to 30 kPa, and needs a dedicated room with a 220 V supply.
Are these chambers medical devices?
No. HEAOCEAN chambers are wellness products for general relaxation and personal wellness use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Brand owners are responsible for the wording used in their own market.
Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Yes. Chambers are running at our factory in Quanzhou, Fujian, and at our own stores nearby. Tell us your travel window and we will arrange a walkthrough of the production line and the quality checks.
